STRESS RELIEF

 

Unfortunately, stress is a part of all of our lives.  Work, project deadlines, personal conflicts and demands on our time and money, all have an impact on our stress levels.  Some of us react to stress with an upset stomach, headaches, back pain or muscle stiffness.  As chiropractors, our response to helping you deal with stress is to help normalize the function of your nervous system by removing interferences caused by joint dysfunction.

It may not be possible to remove the stress completely from our busy lives, BUT here are five simple strategies to help you deal with stress and maybe prevent some of those aches and pains.
